Hi my name is Casey. I've been in the personal training business since 2014. Years ago leading into my days of playing college football, I embarked on a journey through the world of fitness. I graduated with a degree in Mechanical engineering but after nearly a decade of industrial work I knew there was more I could be doing to fulfill a bigger purpose in life which was sharing my passion of fitness with others to help transform their lives.
We started Alloy Personal Training because we saw a gap in the fitness industry. Too many adults feel overlooked in traditional gyms, unsure of what to do or frustrated with workouts that don’t work. That’s why we offer a smarter approach—personal training in a small group setting. You get the attention, expert coaching, and customized workouts of 1-on-1 training, but with the energy, motivation, and affordability of a small group.

We specialize in personal training in a small group setting (up to 6 clients maximum). First, we sit down 1-1 with each and every client to perform a full assessment on goals, history with exercise, current eating habits, in-body assessment, and movement screen. This allows us to build a personalized plan just for you and your specific goals and starting point. Your plan includes workout recommendations, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle habits to work on to ensure your success. Once we've built your personal plan then we train you in person in our facility, hold you accountable to your plan, and perform on-going check-ins to determine if we need to make adjustments to the plan. All of this is included as part of your membership.
We recommend 2 to 4 times per week for best results. Each workout is roughly 50 minutes of full-body training so we give you everything you need each time you are able to train.
No, everyone is trained is trained on their own individual program and coached thru each workout as an individual. You may have 1-5 others in the same session time as you but each exercise is prescribed for you around your goals and specific fitness level. We work with people of all fitness levels from the very de-conditioned beginner thru the advanced trainee working on a specific fitness goal or challenge; but this is not a one-size-fits-all class-based approach that is commonplace. We simply do personal training in a small group setting to make it more enjoyable and help more people at any given time.
All sessions are by appointment on an hourly basis with 6 slots available per session. We encourage our members to book on a recurring basis to ensure accountability and consistency; however times can be adjusted at request or by using our app. Typically we require 24 hours notice to make changes.
How do the memberships work?
All of our memberships are on a month by month basis on the workout frequency that is appropriate for your goals, schedule, and budget. The memberships options include 2, 3, and 4 times per week of training. Each program auto-renews each month and we simply require a 30-days notice to cancel.
